Personal Injury Paralegal/Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Injury Paralegal/Assistant to join our team at AFL Recruitment.

About the Role

As a Personal Injury Paralegal/Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our top divisional HEAD Senior Lawyer in a close-knit and positive team. You will be responsible for typing, preparation of court documents and correspondence, liaising with clients, doctors, solicitors, insurers, arranging appointments, preparing briefs, and general administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Lawyer
  • Prepare court documents and correspondence
  • Liaise with clients, doctors, solicitors, and insurers
  • Arrange appointments and prepare briefs
  • Perform general administration tasks

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months of personal injury legal secretarial/paralegal experience
  • Strong Microsoft Word skills and accurate typing speed of minimum 60+wpm
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and proactive with ability to meet deadlines
  • Love working in a vibrant and fast-paced environment
