Personal Injury Paralegal/Secretary [WC/CTP/Civil Liability]

Famous plaintiff firm seeks a skilled paralegal to assist with a diverse range of personal injury matters.

Key responsibilities include typing, preparation of court documents, and liaison with clients, doctors, solicitors, and insurers.

As the right hand to a top divisional HEAD Senior Lawyer, you will love helping plaintiff clients with workers compensation, work injury damages, and CTP/motor vehicle accidents and civil liability in NSW and various other States/Territories.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

  • have MINIMUM 12 MONTHS (or preferably more) personal injury legal secretarial/paralegal experience [including workers compensation OR work injury damages AND/OR CTP experience];
  • have strong Microsoft Word and an accurate typing speed of minimum 60+wpm;
  • are a 'CAREER' paralegal/secretary OR if a law student NOT looking to become a lawyer for at least 1 year or more;
  • have strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • are highly organized, proactive +can meet deadlines;
  • love to work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment;
  • are hungry to progress your career with a reputable firm long-term.
