Personal Injury Paralegal/Secretary Job Opportunity

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Injury Paralegal/Secretary to join our team. As the right-hand person to a top divisional HEAD Senior Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance in a fast-paced and stimulating environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide administrative support to the Senior Lawyer and team members
* Prepare and file court documents and correspondence
* Liaise with clients, doctors, solicitors, and insurers
* Arrange appointments and prepare briefs
* Perform general administration tasks

**Requirements**

* Minimum 12 months of personal injury legal secretarial/paralegal experience
* Strong Microsoft Word skills and accurate typing speed of 60+wpm
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organized and proactive with ability to meet deadlines
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
