Job Summary:
We are seeking seasoned professionals to assume leadership roles in security risk management and implementation across various business areas.
About the Role:
- Develop, implement and maintain security processes aligned with policy and standards requirements.
- Supervise operational security activities for assigned business areas in line with local security strategy, policies, standards, and best practices.
- Manage security risk assessments and mitigation strategies in accordance with BAE Systems Australia standards and policy.
- Support and manage security incident response and reporting processes.
- Leverage strong leadership skills to direct a team of security professionals and foster their professional growth.
- Maintain operational security compliance through effective risk management and mitigation.
About You:
Australian citizen with eligibility to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting Level 2 Defence Security & ITAR clearance. Strong communication, leadership, and management abilities are essential.
