Job Overview

In the realm of security risk management, our goal is to harmoniously integrate industry best practices with innovative approaches to security risk assessments and modeling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive security risk management standards and procedures
  • Analyze and enhance existing security risk practices to ensure optimal performance
  • Evaluate, select, and implement cutting-edge security requirements, tools, and methodologies
  • Strengthen the presence and influence of our security risk management practice through thought leadership and strategic partnerships
  • Develop and curate high-quality learning and development materials for security risk management
  • Collaborate with Security leaders to present information, inform decision-making, and drive change
  • Contribute to the development of key risk indicators, provide inputs to the creation of key control indicators, and key performance indicators for various programs
  • Apply advanced statistical models to risk frameworks, including FAIR and sensitivity analysis
  • Participate in risk management discussions, decision-making processes, and collaborative endeavors
  • Lead quantitative risk assessments and leverage qualitative data to improve quality and engineering processes
  • Interpret internal or external cyber security risk analyses in business terms and recommend actionable strategies
  • Develop templates and resources to facilitate self-service risk management initiatives
  • Monitor and identify opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of risk management processes
  • Design and execute campaigns to perform security assessments and mitigate security risks across the organization
  • Establish evaluation methods and performance indicators to measure the efficiency of security functions and capabilities.

Required skills and qualifications include a strong academic record, an undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field, a passion for staying at the forefront of technology security, leadership and management abilities, excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of security assessments and risk management, expertise in threat modeling and risk management frameworks, broad knowledge of how to operationalize security risk management, experience in Secure Development Lifecycle and Security by Design methodology.

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills, allowing them to effectively communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
