Job Role Overview

This is a key position that focuses on identifying, assessing, and managing potential risks to the organization.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in security or safety risk management and be able to provide practical advice on how to mitigate risks.

Responsibilities include conducting thorough risk assessments, creating and maintaining risk registers and treatment plans, partnering with senior risk specialists, and supporting the development of risk management processes and tools.

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop targeted mitigation strategies
  • Develop and maintain accurate risk registers and treatment plans
  • Collaborate closely with senior risk specialists on cross-functional projects
  • Support the development and implementation of organizational risk management frameworks and policies
  • Provide expert advice on risk-related matters and support the development of training programs
  • Contributions are expected to enhance an existing risk-aware culture across the organization

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with stakeholders at all levels. Knowledge of enterprise risk management principles and frameworks is also highly desirable. A background in security or safety risk management and relevant certifications would be a plus. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. Additional qualifications may include proficiency in risk management software and/or certification in areas like CISSP or CRISC.
