Frontline Support Associate
Job DescriptionAs a Frontline Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance with various housing-related matters. Your role will involve providing high-quality customer service, actively listening to clients' concerns, and offering tailored solutions to address their needs.
You will work collaboratively with a range of support services and clients in an outreach capacity, either in the community or in homes, delivering a variety of housing assistance options that cater to the diverse needs of our clients.
Your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients, assess their situations, and develop personalized plans to support them in achieving their housing goals. You will also be required to maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, and contribute to a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Housing Knowledge: Understanding of housing policies, procedures, and legislation, as well as knowledge of local community-based programs.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex situations, identify key issues, and develop effective solutions.
- Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Technology: Proficiency in using technology, including online communication tools and programs, to facilitate client engagement and record-keeping.

- Salary Range: $80,129 - $92,701 per annum, plus superannuation and annual leave loading.
