Store Leadership Role

This role involves leading and motivating a team of passionate individuals to achieve success in sales targets, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, and wage control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient operation of the store to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, and wage control
  • Motivate the team to achieve optimal results in sales and added value targets across stores
  • Closely monitor store sales to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets - acknowledge outstanding results and identify areas for improvement
  • Effectively manage wage costs in store, adhering to weekly wage targets and rostering standards
  • Coach and mentor the team to maintain high team morale and encourage individual development through training and succession plans
  • Ensure efficient OH&S management and adherence to state and national legislation

Requirements:

  • 1+ years retail management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • A motivated and driven attitude
  • A passion for leading and inspiring a team to succeed
  • The ability to think strategically to identify missed opportunities and drive sales and KPIs
  • Operational excellence with experience in stock control and visual merchandising
  • Experience in managing rosters and wage control
