Sales Representative Role

About the Position
  • Provide superior product information to customers, driving sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to store performance by maintaining shop presentation, stocking shelves, and ensuring showroom standards are met.
  • Collaborate as part of a team to achieve targets and drive business growth through teamwork and innovative thinking.
  • Maintain a commitment to customer service excellence and ensure a safe working environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Availability for Sunday to Thursday roster shifts.
  • Offer exceptional customer service and support to meet customer needs.
  • Drive sales and contribute to store KPIs.
  • Work effectively in a team environment.
