About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Front Office team as a Guest Service Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with guests from first point of contact through to departure, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Interact with guests, anticipating and attending to their needs
- Check guests in and out, providing local knowledge and directions
- Be actively involved in every service department of the hotel, including Food & Beverage
- Provide a level of service quality that consistently meets and exceeds guest expectations
