About the Role:
- We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ballina.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our members through various communication channels.
- Analyze and resolve member queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective issue resolution.

Requirements:
