About this role

We're looking for a skilled Garment Production Specialist to join our team, where you'll play a pivotal part in bringing design visions to life. You'll work closely with our Design and Production teams to deliver beautiful, well-crafted garments that embody our brand ethos.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the product journey from development through to final samples and end customer delivery.
  • Create and maintain clear, accurate Technical Packs and spec sheets.
  • Conduct garment fittings and ensure alignment with design briefs, technical feasibility, and commercial requirements.
  • Built strong relationships with international suppliers.
  • Monitor timelines and the Critical Path to ensure smooth seasonal transitions.
  • Review samples for fit, fabric, trim, and construction, and provide timely feedback to suppliers.
  • Sustainably sourced materials explored to support initiatives.
  • Stay updated on trends, construction techniques, and technologies.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure product quality and accuracy for launches, campaigns, and online.
About You
  • A solid understanding of garment construction and pattern making across multiple categories.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with ability to manage seasonal workloads.
  • A strong communicator, confident working with international suppliers and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Excel, Illustrator, and Office programs.
  • Motivated, positive, and collaborative individual with proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with CAD software and/or patternmaking.
  • A passion for sustainability and innovation in fashion.
