Sushi Product Specialist

As a key member of our store's culinary team, the sushi product specialist plays a vital role in ensuring high-quality products are prepared and presented to customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare sushi products with precision and attention to detail.
  • Set up and execute food items with a focus on quality and presentation.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and service, ensuring only safe and high-quality products are served to our customers.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in sushi preparation and have knowledge of all kitchen operations. Holding Food Safety Supervisor qualifications and Hospitality certification is advantageous but not essential.
