We're currently looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and experienced Production Manager to join our Head Office team in Byron, managing our Production department on a full-time basis. This is a 12-month contract to support whilst a team member is on Parental Leave.

You will be responsible for managing the production for all garments and accessories in line with the THRILLs brand strategy and vision. You will work closely alongside our Design team and you will have one direct report to assist you with managing Production.

**To be successful in this role, you'll need**:

- 4 years' experience in a similar role with a similar brand
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- High level of attention to detail
- A positive energetic attitude with a passion for the industry
- Management experience is desirable

**The role will involve**:

- Managing all suppliers and production
- Maintaining current supplier relationships with daily communication
- Collaborating with the Design team and suppliers to manage quality
- Liaising with our shipping company and coordinating the timing of all bulk
- Working with costing of garments and negotiating with suppliers
