Solution Strategist

Solution strategists at our organization combine deep technical expertise with client-facing leadership to shape and lead pre-sales engagements, craft solution visions, and design robust architectures addressing complex challenges in sectors such as finance, healthcare, energy, and government. This role balances hands-on innovation with client engagement to deliver compelling solutions upfront and successful production deployments.
Key Responsibilities- Pre-Sales & Architecture Leadership
- Craft solutions addressing complex business challenges in regulated sectors.
- Lead pre-sales engagements – workshops, discovery sessions, RFP/RFI responses, business cases, and architecture deep-dives.
- Design demonstrators and PoCs to showcase capabilities and accelerate buying confidence.
- Translate scope into delivery-ready programmes with seamless handover to delivery teams.
- Champion best practices and responsible AI, embedding security, privacy, governance and ethical considerations from day one.
- Delivery & Capability Building
- Architect, prototype, and deliver production-grade architectures.
- Build integrations with enterprise systems, APIs, and workflows ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Deploy, monitor, and continuously improve AI agents in real-world environments.
- Mentor consultants and engineers, elevating capability across the region and contributing to global communities of practice.
