Registered Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team. As a vital part of our rehabilitation service, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient-centred care and contributing to the development and implementation of comprehensive rehabilitation care plans.

About the Role
  • The successful applicant will have current registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), with no notations regarding medications.
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency is also required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care aligned with individual patient goals.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive rehabilitation care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to rehabilitation for patients recovering from Acute Stroke, Limb Amputation, neurological disorders, and aged care needs.
  • Develop advanced rehabilitation skills with a focus on enablement in inpatient settings.
  • Participate in education opportunities and clinical preceptorship with support from a Clinical Nurse Specialist.
