Senior Development Manager

This role is ideal for a senior professional looking to lead a dynamic team in the renewable energy sector. With a strong focus on strategic project development, you will be responsible for driving business ambitions and achieving ambitious goals.

  • Develop and implement project development strategies, plans, processes, and resources that underpin business objectives.
  • Build and lead a high-performing development team to achieve 6GW by 2030.

The ideal candidate possesses:

  • Tertiary qualification in engineering, environment, science, or business-related fields.
  • Proven experience in power or renewable energy project development, including site identification, land lease negotiation, grid connection, planning, and environmental approvals.
  • A strong track record and deep experience in large-scale project development and project management within the renewable energy sector.

Requirements:

  • Current Driver's License and willingness to travel nationally and internationally (30% work travel).
  • Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship is required.
