Offshore Wind Manager Role

The position of Offshore Wind Manager involves leading project growth, developing business strategies and mentoring staff on renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the expansion of the Offshore Wind business in Australasia, collaborating with regional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Develop long-term plans aligned with the company's business strategy, specifically within the Energy sector, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, secure pipelines and negotiate major contracts with Business Leaders.
  • Support project development, design and management of large, complex projects, guaranteeing timely delivery within budgetary constraints.
  • Represent the company at high levels regionally, nationally and internationally to clients.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering complex energy-related projects, particularly in offshore wind and similar technologies.
  • Recognised tertiary qualifications in Engineering or a relevant area, such as a degree in Engineering.
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale energy projects and teams, showcasing leadership skills.
  • Membership of professional institutions or significant progress towards eligibility, indicating commitment to professional development.
  • Working knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and codes of practice, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
