About the Position

This leadership role offers a dynamic opportunity to drive workplace experience through facilities, fleet, and front-of-house leadership.

The ideal candidate will thrive on balancing competing priorities, working across property, fleet, and office management while leading our front-of-house services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management: Oversee facilities operations, including property leasing, maintenance, fit-outs, and contractor engagement.
  • Fleet Management: Manage Deaf Connect's vehicle fleet to ensure effective allocation, usage, servicing, and compliance.
  • Reception Leadership: Lead and support the Reception Team, ensuring high standards of customer service and smooth office operations across sites.
  • Office Services: Coordinate office services such as supplies, shared spaces, and staff-facing programs (e.g. Fitness Passport, vaccination clinics).
  • Senior Leadership Support: Provide advice, reporting, and practical solutions to senior leadership on facilities, safety, and office services matters.
Requirements
  • A degree in facilities management, property, business administration, or related fields is desirable.
  • Experience in facilities operations (e.g. leasing, maintenance, contractor engagement, or fleet management) is essential.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills are required, with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary.
  • Experience overseeing reception or office services in a professional environment is advantageous.
