Job Description

This is a key role within our organization, focusing on delivering exceptional workplace services across multiple national offices.

You will be responsible for leading a team of Guest Liaisons, fostering a high-performing and service-oriented culture. This will involve coordinating front-of-house operations, meeting services, and team supervision with a consistent on-site presence.

The successful candidate will manage daily operations to ensure a welcoming, safe, and efficient environment for employees and visitors. This includes overseeing workplace services such as lockers, mail, couriers, catering, office supplies, and amenities.

Key responsibilities also include maintaining workplace safety and security, including onboarding/offboarding, inductions, and building access. Additionally, you will manage contractor and supplier agreements, including service contracts and invoice approvals.

This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the business, and a sound understanding of workplace safety, emergency protocols, and compliance requirements.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership of high-performing teams across multiple sites, with a focus on service excellence and operational consistency.
  • Proven experience in delivering exceptional workplace and customer experiences in corporate settings, with a strong foundation in hospitality operations, concierge, event coordination, and meeting services.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the business.
  • Sound understanding of workplace safety, emergency protocols, and compliance requirements.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital workplace tools.
