Regional Workplace Experience Manager

Key Responsibilities:
As a Regional Workplace Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional workplace experiences to clients. Your primary objective is to drive operational and financial success for key client accounts.
You will lead a large team in providing direction on workplace services, managing an operating budget, ensuring consistent delivery of initiatives globally, driving outcomes from third-party vendors, and holding key stakeholder relationships.
The role requires exceptional communication skills, experience in budget management and contract management, excellent people management skills, high-level time management and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Your success will be measured by HSE standards, customer feedback results, workplace experience requirements, and outcomes.
