The Opportunity

We are seeking a Workplace Lead to join our customer-focused Property team. This customer-facing role will work across reception, workplace, and property management on-site and will also help manage the internal relocation to a new floor.

As part of a small on-site team, you'll leverage your experience in a similar role within a medium to large enterprise to excel in a dynamic environment, undertaking a variety of daily activities and solving issues as they arise to create a vibrant workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide superior Concierge and Reception services including visitor greeting, security pass allocation, stationery orders, meeting room management, event coordination, catering requirements, and technical support for meeting room and desk booking systems.
  • Ensure all Property Compliance activities and reporting are accurate.
  • Support with reporting and analysis of space, headcount, and churn requirements.
  • Manage Security for all employees and visitors that comply with policies.
  • Participate in Security audits as per policies.
  • Manage the Fire warden list and training requirements.
  • Manage all contractors in regard to cleaning and Property matters.
