Transaction Services Manager

This is a senior role that oversees day-to-day transaction processing, payments, reconciliations, and lending support. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading a group of professionals who are dedicated to delivering high-quality financial services.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing transactional operations, including experience with core banking systems and Microsoft Office tools. A tertiary qualification in business or finance is also highly regarded.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills by mentoring and coaching a high-performance team. You will also play a key role in building strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring a high level of service delivery to all clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong leadership and coaching to a team delivering core financial operations
  • Build a team culture that prioritises accountability, service excellence, and collaboration
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, resolving complex service issues and ensuring satisfaction
  • Ensure timely and accurate transaction processing, reconciliations, and lending support
  • Maintain strong relationships with external service providers and manage vendor performance
  • Identify opportunities to enhance systems, processes, and service delivery
  • Support compliance with regulatory and policy requirements
