Role Summary
Job DescriptionThe Network Infrastructure Specialist provides level 2 technical phone support for field technicians working on Fixed Wireless and Satellite services. The role involves resolving customer connection and assurance issues, managing complex incidents, and supporting Connect, Assure, and Migrate appointments.
Key Skills & RequirementsTo be successful in this position, you will need to have:
- Experience in a technical customer support position, including one year in telecommunications.
- A strong understanding of Fixed Wireless and Satellite technologies, with the proven ability to navigate complex systems and interpret data across multiple platforms.
- Knowledge of systems such as Service Portal, ITSM, Remedy, Splunk and ViaSat as well as Wireless and Satellite on-site technician support tools.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills, along with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple high-demand tasks in dynamic environments.
