Residential Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced residential construction project manager to lead our team of professionals in delivering top-quality projects from assessment to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, managing subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring that all projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires exceptional time management skills, leadership experience, and a customer-focused approach. If you have a strong understanding of Australian Standards and compliance requirements, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget, we would love to hear from you.

  • Lead Multiple Residential Projects: Oversee a portfolio of residential projects from assessment to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage Subcontractors and Suppliers: Manage a team of subcontractors and suppliers to deliver high-quality work and ensure that all projects are completed on schedule.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all projects comply with relevant Australian Standards and regulations, including building codes and regulations.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience supervising residential (and/or commercial) construction in the insurance industry.
  • Estimating Experience: Experience in estimating as part of your previous roles.
  • Trade Certification: Trade certification (Cert III) preferred, with Cert IV or Diploma in Building & Construction a plus.
  • Australian Standards: Strong understanding of Australian Standards and compliance requirements.
