Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill a Senior Contracts Administrator position.

The successful candidate will be part of an established team working on new build projects worth $100M. These projects will be based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. The individual will have the opportunity to work on some of these client's own developments.

Our client is a reputable leader in the commercial construction industry with a proven track record of delivering exceptional projects across South East Queensland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Review and Negotiation: Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements through thorough contract review and negotiation.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery.
  • Contract Performance Monitoring: Tracking contract performance, variations, and claims to ensure timely resolution and minimize risks.
  • Documentation Management: Maintaining accurate documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Process Improvement: Contributing to the continuous improvement of contract management processes and procedures.
  • Mentorship: Mentoring and coaching Junior Contracts Administrators.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator in the commercial construction industry.
  • Brisbane-based.
  • Experience and desire to run multi-residential high-rise projects.
