About the Role:

  • We are seeking a passionate, well-organised and student focused educational leader to take a Head of Department position in Global Engagement & Culture.
  • The successful applicant will have the capability to lead and manage programs and staff dealing with international students, overseas agents, parents and students.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage QCAA Senior Subjects - Italian and other international curricula.
  • Manage Sister School Exchange Programs for cultural exchange and development.
  • Develop and implement strategies for International Study Abroad Programs.
  • Implement whole school Distance education initiatives.
  • Provide Instructional Leadership and pedagogy within faculty classes.
  • Liaise with faculty staff and provide line management of the Homestay Coordinator.
  • Sustain a positive Wellbeing of staff culture.
