What you'll do

  • Lead the planning and delivery of digital programs and projects, transforming experiences, technologies, and ways of working
  • Inspire confidence in digital delivery by managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships to execute strategic initiatives
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across product, design, engineering, and the TLC business to drive sustained change and value
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations while identifying opportunities to unlock business value
  • Oversee program financials, resource planning, and benefit realisation across the digital portfolio

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformations, driving customer change through Digital experiences.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strategic thinking and structured discovery capabilities, with a customer-centric and outcome-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated experience in agile ways of working and the ability to drive workforce change and adoption within a team.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence decision-making at multiple levels across technical and non-technical audiences.
