About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled fire protection specialist with 4+ years of experience to join our team in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with fire engineers and design teams to produce coordinated models and detailed documentation.
  • Model complex fire protection systems including sprinklers, hydrants, hose reels, gaseous suppression, detection and alarm systems, and passive fire protection elements.
  • Ensure model accuracy, constructability, and compliance with standards from concept to construction.
  • Implement and maintain workflows, contribute to digital coordination, and support clash detection processes.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as a BIM Designer/Modeller in building services, ideally within fire protection engineering.
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential; Navisworks, AutoCAD, or BIM360 experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Australian Standards, NCC, and fire protection systems in large-scale facilities.
