Job Opportunity:

Health, Safety and Environment Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the site health, safety and environmental (HSE) management plan. This includes ensuring that all necessary documentation and reporting requirements are met to maintain client compliance.

This is a role where you will be provided autonomy to positively influence and drive the site safety culture to ensure a zero-harm environment for the workforce.

Responsibilities include:

  • HSE input to toolbox meetings and pre-start discussions
  • Reviewing job hazard analyses (JHAs)
  • Conducting risk assessments
  • Identifying hazards
  • Scheduling site audits
  • Investigating incidents and documenting findings

The successful applicant will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey HSE requirements to the workforce.
