We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Resort Royal Service Agent to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, promoting hotel facilities, and processing internal and external calls.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests
- Proudly promote hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance and add a personalized experience
- Call Handling
- Process all external and internal calls by redirecting calls or directly assisting the caller
- Answer email and KIPSU inquiries in a timely manner
- Knowledge and Record Keeping
- Have a sufficient working knowledge of all departments, in particular Housekeeping, Front Office, and Engineering
- Maintain accurate records of guest calls to maintain data integrity
- Collaboration and Communication
- Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
- Liaise with Sales and other departments as required
- Language Skills
- Proficient in the English language (verbal & written), second language is an asset
- Customer Service Experience
- Previous customer-related experience an asset
- Technical Skills
- Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system an asset
- Personal Qualities
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
