About the RoleThis role reports to the Hotel Duty Manager and is responsible for providing an outstanding guest experience from reservation to departure.
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs while accurately maintaining guest reservations.
- Liaise with various departments and guests using sound interpersonal and communication skills.
- Assist the Concierge team as needed.
We cater to leisure holidays, large meetings, conferences, spectacular weddings, and more. Our team provides magnificent resort accommodation for valued guests.

A strong background in Front Office or customer service is preferred.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Experience with Opera PMS is highly regarded.
Must have the legal right to work in Australia and be available to work a flexible roster across 7 days, including late nights and Public Holidays.
