Job Title:

Information Communications and Technology Support Officer

Role Description:

The provision of effective Information Communications and Technology (ICT) support is crucial to the successful operation of an organisation.

The ICT Support Officer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training, advice, and technical assistance to staff members on desktop and software applications. They will maintain accurate records of the organisation's ICT systems and equipment across multiple sites to maximise both educational and administrative outcomes.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate records of the organisation's ICT systems and equipment
  • Providing comprehensive training, guidance, and support to staff members on desktop and software applications
  • Coordination and support of telephones, mobile telephones, and other portable electronic devices across multiple sites

Additionally, the ICT Support Officer may be required to liaise with vendors, service providers, and other external and internal stakeholders to facilitate the provision of services and resolution of technical issues.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, applicants must:

  • be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or possess a valid visa with relevant work rights for the duration of the appointment
  • obtain a valid Working With Children Check prior to commencement
  • consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the relevant authorities before commencing employment
