Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Desktop Support Specialist. This position will be responsible for providing technical support services to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their hardware and software systems.

To excel in this position, you will need to have a strong background in IT support, with experience troubleshooting and resolving issues related to desktop hardware and software. Your expertise in operating systems such as Windows 7 and Windows 10 will also be essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktop hardware and software
  • Provide technical support services to clients
  • Diagnose and repair faulty hardware components
  • Implement virus detection and eradication procedures
  • Troubleshoot network devices to ensure connectivity from the PC to the Network

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

  • Strong background in IT support
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues related to desktop hardware and software
  • Expertise in operating systems such as Windows 7 and Windows 10
  • Knowledge of network devices and protocols
  • Ability to troubleshoot wireless connectivity issues
