Pensar provides end-to-end solutions for process and non-process water infrastructure – from dams, pump stations, and reservoirs to water and wastewater treatment plants. With expertise in early contractor involvement and sustainable design, our team future-proofs high-functioning water infrastructure assets, extending operational efficiencies.

As a Project Manager in our Water team based in Brisbane, you will lead end-to-end project delivery across multidiscipline water utility projects, drive financial performance, build strong client and stakeholder relationships, and manage and mentor project teams.

We seek a highly experienced candidate who holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred) and possesses 8+ years' industry experience. Your background should include proven capability in project financial management and contract administration.

A successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to navigate complex technical issues, and demonstrate ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
