Senior Water Infrastructure Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Water Infrastructure Project Coordinator to support the end-to-end delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects, including pump stations, odour control systems, and associated water assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate project feasibility, accuracy, and compliance through rigorous planning and design processes.
  • Closely review engineering drawings for practicality and constructability to ensure successful project execution.
  • Liaise between diverse teams, including design, procurement, fabrication, and site personnel.
  • Monitor cost, schedule, and risk factors on live projects to guarantee timely completion.
  • Conduct thorough technical reviews and oversee quality assurance documentation, including inspection test plans and certificates.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to track procurement and installation timelines.
  • Maintain regulatory, quality, and occupational health and safety compliance across all project phases.
  • Provide dedicated on-site support during construction and commissioning phases.
About You:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering (or a related field).
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a similar engineering role, preferably within water or wastewater infrastructure.
  • Strong grasp of engineering drawings, fabrication standards, and site coordination.
  • Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in 3D modelling tools, such as Inventor or SolidWorks, is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
