About The RoleYou will join a dynamic team working on water infrastructure projects locally and across the APAC region.
Responsibilities- Provide project technical leadership, including client liaison, design manager, and project manager responsibilities.
- Perform civil engineering tasks, such as engineering design drawings, calculations, reports, and design criteria, to support water infrastructure projects.
- Assist with developing and managing project scope, including cost estimates and staffing.
- Work collaboratively with local clients and colleagues across SEQ, Australia, and the wider Asia Pacific business.
- Partner with a diverse client base from local government, industry, and private development.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering - Civil or Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
- Chartership/RPEQ or working towards is highly regarded.
- Relevant professional experience in engineering and consulting within the water industry.
- Strong technical experience in potable water supply, gravity and pumped sewerage systems, and recycled water networks.
- Experience in water and wastewater treatment plants for regional and urban water authorities is highly desirable but not essential.
- Expertise in dealing with a range of clients and stakeholders, including local authorities, government bodies, and commercial companies.
- A choice of home office: Merivale St in South Brisbane or our Carrara Office on the Gold Coast.
