Job Title: IT Platform Lead

As an IT Platform Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless interaction between internal stakeholders and the ServiceNow team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise and support for ServiceNow platform management across various enterprise environments.

  • Provide strategic guidance and technical leadership to delivery teams on dashboard reporting, data analytics, and AI-driven insights.
  • Demonstrate effective team leadership experience, including strategy development, road mapping, and vendor management.
  • Showcase extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including solution design and consultancy.
  • Have a proven track record of managing digital platforms in enterprise environments, with at least 5 years of experience in platform management roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for ServiceNow platform adoption and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in platform management roles.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and features.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
