  • Aligning DAP content with policies, compliance, and change management initiatives.
  • Monitoring platform analytics to assess engagement, completion, and challenges.
  • Supporting change management initiatives by embedding training at the point of need.
  • Ensuring application features and functionalities are aligned with business goals.
  • Championing digital literacy and self-service enablement across the organisation.
