This role is a key leadership position within our sales team in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.
About the RoleThe Strategic Education Growth Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve new business and existing account growth across our education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of sales professionals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education and Experience
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
Skills and Abilities
Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other business software applications.
