Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining client relationships and providing exceptional customer service throughout the policy/claims lifecycle.

Your primary goal will be to lead client meetings, discuss uninsured risks, handle and direct client enquiries, and assist in the development of new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for coordinating processing instructions for quotations, new business, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations. Additionally, you will prepare reports and documentation for clients and insurers, and provide general broking and technical support to your Regional Director.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication abilities (verbal and written) and have superb organisational skills, attention to detail, and a finger on the pulse. Previous experience in broking and client-facing relationships is essential, as well as qualifications such as Tier 1/2 or a Diploma in Insurance Broking.
