The Role:
The Enquiries and Admissions Officer plays a crucial role in guiding students through the enrolment process, from initial inquiry to finalizing payment. As a key contact point between potential students and the institute, this role involves responding to enquiries via various channels, including in-person, phone, email, and online.
- Provide advice to prospective students on course offerings, application processes, and requirements, ensuring accurate and clear information.
- Consult with prospective students on recognition of prior learning and encourage them to undertake a BKI course.
- Triage or resolve student enquiries face-to-face, over the phone, via email, or online, logging complaints and feedback through the appropriate reporting channels.
- Participate in targeted lead follow-up to achieve required course enrolments.
- Contribute to student-related activities, such as open and experience days.
Requirements:
We seek an individual with exceptional customer service skills, demonstrated experience in maintaining confidential customer files and correspondence, and advanced skills in Student Management software. Experience in an educational environment is desirable.
