**About The Role**:
- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and escalation point for matters relating to enquiries and admissions, troubleshooting issues and providing reliable advice to enable staffSupport a team environment with open communication and productive working relationships to build a culture which fosters engagement and motivation, deals openly with issues, supports change initiatives and contributes to a positive workplace
