Strategic Growth Opportunity

Job Description:

As a key member of our corporate strategy team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and scaling our operations across the Asia Pacific & Japan region. You will work closely with senior leadership and various teams to develop and implement strategic projects that align with our company's vision.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in high-impact strategic projects across all areas of the business, including defining our growth and scaling strategy, new market entry, and M&A integration.
  • Build your own unique, valuable, cross-functional view by rapidly understanding new concepts and complex information across the whole business.
  • Undertake detailed strategic and financial analysis of various activities across the business.
  • Work closely with commercial, corporate development, and capital planning teams to consider customer opportunities, capital allocation, and funding avenues for both organic and inorganic growth within the business.
  • Assist in undertaking business planning activities, budgeting, assessing international expansion markets, target customers, and medium-term outlook.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in strategy management consulting, investment banking (M&A advisory), Big 4 Accounting (M&A or transaction services), or in-house corporate development / strategy.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills, with proficiency in performing accurate financial modelling, valuation, and broader quantitative analysis.
  • Curious about new emerging technology trends and skilled with technology.
  • Excellent commercial judgement and ability to anticipate needs.
  • High emotional intelligence and outstanding interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across all levels of the organisation.
