Strategy Operations Manager

The Strategy Associate role will join our growing Group Health & Strategy Team to help deliver the Ramsay 2030 Strategy. Working closely with the Group Strategy Team, Group Chief Health & Strategy Officer and Australian and Group CXO and Senior Management, you will have the opportunity to define and own strategic workstreams for Ramsay's next stage of growth and implement them into everyday business operations.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and talented individual who is passionate about driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
You will be responsible for defining and owning strategic workstreams, implementing strategies into everyday business operations, supporting strategy development, including data analysis and presentation, and contributing to developing strategies and improving performance in Ramsay's overseas businesses.
We are looking for someone with strong conceptual and quantitative problem-solving skills, ability to thrive in uncertain, rapidly evolving environments, confidence to surface unpopular recommendations and drive difficult decisions, excellent written and verbal communication skills, generalist skillset and learning attitude, background in cost-benefit models, business case development, KPI tracking/reporting and market analysis, and 3-5 years professional experience in a relevant field.
