Job Title

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Product Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance team.

This role is critical in managing and leading the sampling, testing and reporting of final product quality as part of our overall performance strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialist technical support on sampling, testing and product quality to our quality managers
  • Act as the primary technical interface between our operations and sales and marketing teams in relation to product quality
  • Manage our sequence quality incident management system to identify quality incidents through testing and issues raised by customers
  • Ensure standardised reports are available from our NATA certified quality assurance laboratory
  • Regularly report on our benchmarking performance, monitoring relative performance of our products against competitor products, and implement programs to address identified issues
  • Lead and promote our safety, quality and environmental policies
Your Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in chemical engineering, industrial chemistry, applied science (chemistry), materials science/engineering, manufacturing or geology is desirable but not essential
  • Experience in a construction materials laboratory environment and with recording and tracking quality incidents through an incident management system
  • Analytical skills with some statistical process control methodologies
  • Computer literacy and advanced MS Excel skills with the ability to develop reports
