Quality Assurance Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance professional to join our team in Sydney, Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, as well as developing and implementing quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for process enhancements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve product performance
  • Investigate and troubleshoot product and production issues to identify root causes and develop corrective actions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in an aerospace or defense industry
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and industry standards such as AS9100 and ISO 9001
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop recommendations for process improvements
