Transforming military capabilities with advanced technology requires a Product Quality Engineer to oversee quality assurance processes.

About the Role:
  • This position involves working in a modern manufacturing environment to inspect products and identify areas for improvement.
  • You will lead material review board processes, supplier quality assurance activities, and propose quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • The role also includes supporting calibration processes, audits, and ensuring compliance with industry standards such as AS9100/ISO 9001.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is required.
  • Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or quality in aerospace/defense/maritime industries is essential.
  • You should have knowledge of design review, quality management of PCBA, harnessing, avionics, systems integration, composites, propulsion systems, and welding.
  • Driving product quality and performance requirements to test and measurement system development and optimization is a key aspect of this role.
  • Familiarity with product development methodologies such as Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) elements, Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA), and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of experience with developing quality systems for low-volume, high-complexity manufacturing environments and suppliers is desirable.
  • Familiarity with IPC standards is an asset.
