Product Specialist Role

The Product Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our offerings against quality assurance frameworks.

This involves coordinating review activity, analyzing results, and providing support for continuous improvement activities.

To achieve this, you will have outstanding attention to detail, strong project management skills, and exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience in quality assurance processes for educational products, particularly microskill and microcredential courses.

  • Coordinate and undertake review activity to ensure compliance with quality assurance frameworks
  • Provide support for developing, designing, and monitoring the implementation of continuous improvement activities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to devise optimal quality mechanisms and drive continuous improvement
