We are dedicated to providing tailored support for vulnerable young people. Our team of experienced professionals is passionate about delivering exceptional service, prioritising the well-being and safety of our clients.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients in their homes and within the community, providing one-on-one support that promotes independence and inclusivity.

Your role will involve empowering at-risk children and young adults with complex behavioural concerns, while maintaining professional boundaries. You will also provide life skills coaching, monitor client safety, and contribute to a supportive team environment through open communication and regular staff meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategies to promote independence and participation in daily activities.
  • Provide individualised life skills coaching in areas such as self-care, social issues, and life skills development.
  • Maintain accurate records, including shift reports, incident reports, and progress notes.
  • Monitor client safety and report concerns to supervisors.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, case managers, and other professionals to achieve individual goals.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (or equivalent discipline).
  • Experience working with young people or transferable experience from related fields (mental health, aged care, disability care, childcare).
  • Satisfactory National Police Check (less than three years old).
  • Current Working With Children Check (Employee).
  • First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
  • Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.
